According to the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery the average prices for surgeon's fees in 2006 were as follows:

The national average of breast augmentation within the United States was $3,600.00. 

The national average of nose reshaping within the United States was $3,841.00. 

The national average of liposuction within the United States was $2,750.00. 

The national average of eyelid surgery within the United States was $2,877.00. 

The national average of a tummy tuck within the United States was $5,063.00. 

Bear in mind that the above mentioned prices were for surgeon fees only and did not include fees associated with the surgery.  On average, The American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery reported that median prices for an anesthesiologist was  $700.00; facility fee was $950.00 and the average costs of implants was $1,300.00.  These fees are required for the total surgery, thus in order to arrive at a total price for the above surgeries, you will need to include the aforementioned fees.
