REGISTRATION FEE: For a nominal fee of $250.00, we will make all the necessary appointments with your cosmetic surgeon of choice; assist you in preparing medical forms and questionaires as provided by the doctor; make reservations at the recovery center of your choice and provide you with an English speaking staff member that will assist you during your stay at your secret vacation spot. If you are anticipating an extended stay, we can also provide you with all the information and reservations you may need at your particular city. Are you ready to start your secret vacation? Your confirmation will be sent to you once payment has been recieved in our office. http://www.mysecretvacation.biz/store FINAL PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES: After registering with My Secret Vacation and finalizing your medical travel itinerary, we will send you confirmation to your e-mail address indicating your planned dates, your doctor visits, your cosmetic surgery, your accomodations, and if made through us, your fllight itenary and tour information. You will receive an invoice along with the confirmation. Twenty percent of the invoice is due within ten days in order to assure you of your pre-determined dates and accomodations. The remaining balance is due to My Secret Vacation thirty days before your procedure. After receiving your payment, we will then forward the correct amounts to all the respective parties within a commerically reasonable time, but not later than 10 days before the requested procedure. The prices quoted and paid for will include everything previously detailed on this website and on your confirmation invoice. NOT INCLUDED in the quote is anything and everything not normal or customary for the procuedure(s) you requested. You are responsible for extra ordinary costs if you should require them at the time of your services. We suggest having a $2,000.00 reserve available for any emergency medical care. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS At My Secret Vacation we understand that there can arise instances where the client, after consulting with the specialist, is not a candidate for the particular surgery for which he has already paid. A second scenario is where the client, due to an emergency, cannot keep the pre-scheduled appointments. With that in mind, our refund policy is as follows: Cancel Before You Travel: The registration fee of $250.00 is non-refundable. However, if you cancel and rebook within the following 12 months, we will apply 75% of your first registration fee to your new rebooking. The procedure costs are refundable according to the individual doctors and facilities. We will assist you in receiving the highest refund possible. Most, if not all the doctors and facilities will refund the total costs. However, costs of implants, special equipment or other extraordinary costs might not be refunded. Recovery centers have individualized refund policies. We will assist you in obtaining the highest refund possible. Travel costs are non-refundable unless you have purchased travel insurance. Cancel After Preliminary Doctor's Appointment: The registration fee of $250.00 is non-refundable. However, if you cancel and rebook within the following 12 months, we will apply 75% of your first registration fee to your new rebooking If you are evaluated by your doctor and she/he determines that you are not a candidate for the planned surgery, any refunds will be based on the amount of work exercised by the doctors and their staff. |
